Although crimped filaments bend over while brushing and drying hairs, only high quality and temperature resistant bristles are in a ideal positioning at the return brushing stage giving the impression of a smooth and more densely filled brush. Filaments that tend to group together are better suited for brush seal applications. This is important for certain applications, especially for cylinder brushes where a smooth brush face is required.
Even filaments for mascara are always different from each other and they frequently come in several sections and diameters . PE tube: This packaging is suitable for more than 0.3mm in diameter
PE wrap: Facilitate the customers to cut fixed length. Is suitable for more than 0.25mm in diameter.
PE tube with PE wrap: the moisture effect conducive to long term storage. Good for a diameter of 0.25mm or less
PE tube with crepe paper : Moisture-proof effect is very good . Is suitable for less than 0.50mm diameter.
